I am really enjoying this product. I happens to be the highest SPF I've used to date and I'm loving it. Using a good SPF is the best anti-aging tool in your arsenal. I have learned my lesson the hard way and no longer bake my face in the sun with baby oil. Instead, I look for a good SPF and slather it on, daily.
I love that this is for sensitive skin, I haven't had any irritation, breakouts or stinging. My eyes are especially sensitive to SPF's (I'm not sure why), but this doesn't bother my eyes! I am also very acne prone and many SPF's make me break out. Many SPF's must have something in them that cause acne in some, but not this, I didn't get one blemish or bump, nothing!
It is quite thick in consistency and white in colour. It takes some blending to get rid of the white colour, but I actually appreciate that! For one, I know exactly where I've put it so I don't miss any spots, and I know I've gotten the product well into my skin. And, the product performs well, after being out in the sun for a full day, my skin was fully protected, I didn't get any signs of a burn or anything. I think I'll definitely bump my SPF up to 50 from now on ( I used to use SPF 30.)
As it turns out, I find that it makes a great base for my makeup, working like a makeup primer my makeup just glides over this very nicely. Pleasantly surprised about that!
If you have sensitive skin, are acne prone or just need a good SPF to protect your skin. I would definitely recommend this. I'm sold!

It was easy to figure out and get started right away. After reading the instructions, I just turned it on and got started. The dead skin came off quickly and easily. I like that it has a safety mechanism and will stop if you press to hard.
Talk about a time and money saver! I had a full pedicure in no time at all! No trip to the salon, shelling out lot's of money and tipping or worrying about potential hygiene issues by going to a salon (something that bothers me) so I always end up doing my own pedicures at home. But judging by my before picture, my at home tools (professional file purchased from a salon and buffer) apparently weren't doing the job.
I think my before and after pictures speak for themselves. I'm completely sold and so is my guy apparently. Now he wants a pedicure! lol

I received this product for free for trial purposes. My skin has really been enjoying Vichy products lately. This serum is no exception. It has a light pleasant fragrance that dissipates after application. It's light pink and has a pearl like sheen to it. I find the consistency to be like a hybrid of a serum/lotion/gel.
It feels very hydrating and soothing on application and my skin just drinks it up, leaving no residue, just hydration. I have oily/combination skin that is very acne prone, sensitive and reactive. This serum is very soothing and hydrating to my sensitive skin, it actually feels very healing to my skin. I have not had any irritation whatsoever nor have I had any breakouts. In fact, it seems that this serum in combination with Vichy's Idealia Skin Sleep are healing an old breakout on my face that hasn't wanted to leave.
This serum would probably be enough on it's own for those with oily skin, I like to layer it with my SPF during the daytime and Vichy's Idealia Skin Sleep at night. The Serum makes the perfect companion to Vichy's Idealia Skin Sleep, sealing in all the goodness and benefits of the ingredients.
My skin is looking more hydrated, plump and toned. It looks brighter and more even toned, and I do notice a reduction in pore size which is extremely rare for me.
I'm looking forward to seeing the results I get after using the Serum and Idealia Skin Sleep for more time.

For reference I have combination/oily skin that is also very dehydrated, acne prone and reactive (sensitive). I have loss of tone from aging and minimal lines plus pigmentation issues from acne scarring to melasma. I actually feel that loss of tone is more aging than wrinkles so I'd actually rather have the latter, but it's not like we get to choose.
I'm a total skin care junkie, so I've tried an endless amount of products trying to find the one's that will give me the best results. I've been using Vichy's Idealia Skin Sleep for such a short time that I'm actually astonished at the results I've had so far! For starters it's very rare for me to see a difference in my own skin when I start a new product, unless it makes me break out or have some irritation issues. But, to see very obvious, beneficial results from a product is extremely rare to come by for me. It can also be tough to notice a difference in our own skin since we look in the mirror daily and may not notice minor changes happening over time. Not only do I see a difference but I have had comments from others, which I feel is even more telling. My Doctor whom I've been going to for over 10 years, is male and has never said anything about my skin before told me that my skin looked great! My hairstylist said "wow, you look great" although she didn't say why. hmmmm. must be the Idealia Skin Sleep as nothing else has changed.
As for the changes that I see and feel myself, they are plenty! My skin is more plump and hydrated in appearance and to the touch. My skin feels so nice, plump, and smooth that it's hard for me not to touch my cheek every now and then because I'm not used to my skin feeling so smooth (I'm trying to keep my hand off though!) My skin tone is much brighter and clearer and even toned. Some other notable differences are that my nose to mouth lines have softened and my neck/chin area looks more toned. Those are some of the areas that bother me the most. Although there is only so much you can expect from a topical product when is comes to slackening skin, I was pleasantly surprised to start seeing a difference in these areas!
The product has a very soft pleasant fragrance and is gel like in texture. It absorbs right into the skin but at the same time it seems to leave a protective layer on the surface of the skin as if it's sealing in the moisture. When I wake up, my skin is still moisturized! Some days, I choose to apply a light oil on top of it to seal in the benefits even more. Either way, I wake up with hydrated, plumped up skin. And, my sensitive/reactive skin did not have one breakout or any irritation whatsoever. This cream is actually quite soothing to my sensitive skin and seems to be helping to heal an old breakout that doesn't want to completely leave.
The product is supposed to make you look like you had sleep even if you didn't. At first I didn't agree with this claim, but now that I've been using it a little bit longer I would say that I actually find some truth to this claim. I am frequently sleep deprived and I see it on my face more than anything- It makes me look more dehydrated and as a result I look older. Now, I notice that after a bad nights sleep it doesn't show as much on my face. I can't believe I'm saying this as I didn't believe this claim and as I mentioned I didn't see it at first. I can definitely say that I do look better than I normally do after a bad nights sleep since using Idealia Skin Sleep.
Vichy's Idealia Skin Sleep is one of the best skin products I've tried so far and I can't wait to see how my skin will look after I finish the whole container, it seems like it will last me quite a bit longer. :)
Thank you so much Vichy and ChickAdvisor for giving me the opportunity to try this wonderful cream! My experience with Idealia Skin Sleep makes me excited for the future, with all the advancements in technology I can't wait to see what Vichy comes out with next!
