I have been going to Pierre Ly at Perfecting Touch, 555 Wilson Hts. Blvd, North York, ON for several years. Prior to finding him, a couple of expensive downtown cosmetic tattoo artists had not done a very good job. I was thrilled to find someone so professional and perfectionistic to do my eyebrows when I found Pierre. I am more than pleased with his feather strokes that look natural and get many compliments on my brows. One word of advice...I don't do pain well so about an hour before my appointment, I apply a thick coat of Emla cream on my brows. (available over the counter from a pharmacist, about 15.00 for a tiny tube but worth every penny) By the time I lie on Pierre's table, my brows are frozen numb and I don't feel a thing! Last thing you'd want to do is squirm from pain while getting tattooed. I'd highly recommend him and hope this will save you time looking all over the place for the best place to do cosmetic tattoo enhancement. -

I have had my hair done by several different stylists at De Berardinis salon over the years, as I like to try different ones. Today, I saw a review about Zoe on ChickAdvisor and decided to try her. I had no idea what level she's at but I know that all of their stylists are pros and I've never had a bad cut there. I was very impressed with her talent, and of course, the extended scalp massage she gave. She's lovely and personable and really listens to the customer. She made me feel "special" as she took her time to do it just right. (I have long hair.) Results: very lovely, lightly layered with soft waves/curls the customer in the next chair even said how beautiful it looked. I will return to her again and recommend her to friends.
