When I go out to the nature/outdoors, I always am one of the first to be bitten. It'll be okay if it didn't swell up as soon as I get bitten but I do. So I always need protection, I even got 50% DEET spray once (not available in Canada because the deet percentage is not legal in Canada) just to protect myself. This spray does keep bugs away but it's such a tiny bottle I use it quite fast. -

As a person who hated the flintstones chalky vitamins as a child, I wanted some easy to swallow vitamins. This does the job but I also feel like it also was way too much of a candy vs a vitamin. I felt guilty eating the multivitamins.
