Comme mon gars a dit c'est "des pâtes de tofu!" Et c'est littéralement le cas; faites de fèves de soya, une portion comporte 21g de protéines ❤️
Sa texture est différente des pâtes de blé, toutefois elle est bien meilleure que de nombreuses pages sans gluten sur le marché (on en a testé plusieurs au fil des années). Elles résistent bien sous la dent, tiennent leur forme et sont faciles à apprêter
Franchement très satisfaite, une belle découverte.

Munis d'ingrédients simples et hydratants, j'ai adoré l'odeur, mais surtout apprécié que mes cheveux le boive vite, sans effet gommant, sans crunchy et sans lourdeur.
