My go to facial cleaner... Maybe I haven't found a good make-up cleaning wipe, but I also have found that make-up cleaning wipes are not cost effective. My preference is a facial wash and Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser does the trick. I have been using it for years and I keep coming back to it    -
