I only used the strips for 3 days..The 1st day everything went normal the 2nd day was a little bit different I started feeling alot of sensitivity , On the 3rd day my Teeth began to hurt (very sensitive) and I stopped using them..But the effectiveness of the strips were great , They made my teeth brighter and whiter ..I am going to use the 4 other strips but only every few days so my teeth are not so sensitive after use -
