This has really helped with the hot flashes and mood swings. It has also helped with the overeating of sweets that I have been experiencing. I would recommend this to any woman experiencing pre-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause. The caplet is small and easy to swallow. It works within 30 minutes. Even though this is extra strength, I think they could have made it a bit stronger, as one a day didn't seem to be enough for me, but it did help a lot, and I would recommend it.
