Graves juices are produced and filled with fruit that has been grown and harvested here in Atlantic Canada. The Apple & Blueberry 100% Juice blend offer 60% of your Daily value of Vitamin C - among many other benefits. The price always fits in my budget, as a 1.36L usually costs under $2.
The best part about Graves juice, in my opinion, is they don't add sugar in their drinks. You can trust that the juice is actually real juice.
Ingredients label says it all, and I quote: "Apple Juice made from fresh apples, Fruit juice from concentrate (water, concentrated blueberry and grape (sulfites) juices), Natural flavor, Vitamin C.

I followed the suggestion that came with the insert to pour the capsule into juice. The juice I'm using is a 100% natural Apple & Blueberry blend. The results are so tasty!
My morning coffee has been switched with a morning glass of juice with the ampoule mixed in (remember to stir your drink so it mixes well)... That should make my medical team happy. After a long life on the road - I am now living with and managing multiple health issues. I have been permanently benched. Now, til the end - I'll be surviving on the lowest fixed income bracket of Disability. Which makes this product even better for me as it has all the vitamins that I need in an affordable and easy to swallow (with juice) format.
Anyone using these capsules should know that it is best to use scissors to cut the top off... When snapping the top off my first ampoule, a small amount sprayed up in my face and got in my eyes.
What I've also done to properly test this product is I downloaded a free brain training app on my Android a few days before starting the Energex. Those first cognitive results were embarrassingly less than average...Of the five categories (Speed; Memory; Attention; Flexibility; Problem Solving), the Memory and Attention categories were the worst.
In just this one week of using Energex, my Speed and Memory categories have raised by almost triple the amount of what it was before starting Energex. My Attention is still low. It has moderately improved - but I figure that is due to also caring for my kitten that is recovering from a serious operation that he had last week to repair a life-threatening birth defect.
The biggest improvement is with Problem Solving.
I'd like to buy a box once this one runs out - but it is a bit pricey for my budget, especially if I'd be taking it daily. Two boxes a month would need to be purchased since the quantity of the package is only 20 (clever trick to get more $$, I feel).
Saying that, I do recommend this product. Just be sure to follow the suggested insert and find a juice it mixes well with, like I did. :)
The ChickAdvisor info card tells me the average price of a 20-pack of Energex is about $12.49. That works out to .62c each. I'd prefer it to be a month supply of 30 capsules which would make them .42c each as that, while still expensive, would fit in the budget a bit better. I'm just glad using this sample pushes me further forward into following doctors orders and treating my body right.
I am impressed with the changes in my mood, sleep pattern and overall energy gained since getting these Adrien Gagnon products free as a member of the Chick Advisory Panel.

The first few bites, I wasn't pleased with the taste. It was a bit overpowering with its chalk-like cocoa flavour that didn't exactly remind me of "decadent" fudge. It took me two full bars to finally convince myself that it was good.
That being said: The bar performed exactly as promised on the packaging. I especially liked the Nutriforme Weight Management Program with the suggested diet meal plan and great health tips. That colorful and really informative sheet found itself a permanent spot on my fridge.
My kitten had major surgery this week to repair a serious and nearly fatal birth defect. All week while tending to him, I haven't had time to cook myself a proper meal. Eating one bar a day in about the mid-afternoon with a tall glass of water really held me over til the late evening when I get the chance to whip up a quick bite while my fur-baby is crashed out on his pain meds. (PS - the sheet actually helped me remember to drink water this stressful week ~ Thanks Adrien Gagnon!)
As a diet strategy or meal replacement tool, I'd totally recommend the Adrien Gagnon bars. They are more filling than meal replacement drinks. Just ignore the part where it claims to be "decadent fudge" and you'll love what the product can do for you.

This is one product that I've enjoyed for many years and know I will for many more. The chocolate cake and frosting so easily melts in my mouth. It's just rich enough to fill that midnight craving. I'll slice it up and eat it nearly frozen straight from freezer (or straight from the tray on those "girly" nights). I also love it thawed and enjoyed as a dessert. Sometimes (very rarely) I'll even share one with friends. With everything else nowadays, unfortunately the cost has risen to a point where instead of a grocery staple for my home - it is now a once in a while treat. -

McCain Potato Patties are a staple that is always on hand in my freezer and have been since I was a child. The price I usually pay is actually closer to $1.99, so I guess that just depends on where you shop. I've made these with breakfast, supper and even midnight snacks. Sometimes I'll cook them a bit longer and have them slightly crunchy with a bit of sea salt tossed over. Other times I make them just long enough to be softer and I'll spread a bit of ketchup on them. Definitely one grocery item that I never grow bored of. They are also nice and quick and just greasy enough to make a stomach feel better after a night of adult indulgence. ;)
The price fits perfectly into the budget so it's easy to always have a pack in the freezer. I also like that there is just enough packaging to fit the patties in without a bunch of useless space. Makes me feel like I'm just paying for the patties and not the packaging - which is very important to me and my budget.

The cost is a bit high, which is why I buy them just as a special weekend treat or watch for BOGO events. -

The price for this set is roughly $25 after tax at the major big box store we all shop at. A fantastic deal for someone with a embarrassingly low budget.
A year ago, I purchased this set and I have used every piece at least ten times each. They still look new, except for the muffin pan, it has a few "baking stains" lol.
Following the suggestions on the box, I always clean each piece with warm soapy water and a dish cloth. The couple times this year that I've missed my timer, the pan came out looking better than the food that was wasted.
My initial plan for this set was for it to only last a few weeks til I could afford something better. But a few weeks passed, then a few more - and now over a year later; I'm still happy with what I have and have no plans on buying any other non-stick bake ware.
Another good point to this set is the four yummy recipes it offers on the back! I love trying new recipes and was happy to have had the challenge and opportunity, Thanks, Wilton!

I've been using NIVEA Hydro Care Lip Balm for a couple years now. This product is the only lip balm that has ever worked for my lips. It glides on smooth and I find it is not needed to retouch over and over again, like some brands. There is no taste and no excess "bleeding" off the lips. So, you can still kiss and eat and all the regular stuff you do with your mouth without worrying about grossing anyone out. lol
A little trick: Before putting lip liner, lipstick or other lip glosses - I first put on my NIVEA Hydro Care Lip Balm. It will help keep your lips moisturized even when wearing other lip products.
The best bang for your buck is to get the 2-pack. Depending on your geographic location it is able to last you at least a couple months and you can leave one in your desk and one in your purse. It's also not "girly" so this is a perfect balm to get for your macho male humans. ;)
I get a new 2-pack once every three months here on the East Coast. When I lived way up North in the bitterly cold mountain air - I was buying the 2-packs about once a month.

I absolutely love the smell and feel of my hair after using this conditioner. It will now be the only conditioner that I will buy. Finally - something my hair agrees with! The first wash, my hair was immediately easier to brush. Exactly what the package promised.
Now that I've been using Dove Nutritive Solutions Daily Moisture Conditioner for a few weeks, I notice my hair looks healthier and shinier. The past uncontrollable frizz that plagued my head for years has even died down to manageable fuzz lol.
Thank you, Dove and Chick Advisor for sending such a high quality product, that also happens to be totally affordable since you really don't need use much (about a nickel-sized amount for shoulder-length hair) because it's such a good product!
