What I like so much about them is they are a larger seed and really a great flavor but a little high in sodium 45% and have a good source of fibre and Iron. Glad I found these seeds !!! -

I received my #RubberMaidFreshWorks #GotItFree from #ChickAdvisor and was really excited and pleased with the medium container for my produce. I used my Rubbermaid container during the long week-end and used it for my green grapes and was amazed how fresh the grapes were through-out the weekend just like I bought them. I then used it for our day trip to a National park for my lettus and onions and can't truly say everything remained fresh and crisp. Thanks RubberMaid for another great product but I have to say the price is a little to high for these containers otherwise it really dose keep your produce a lot fresher !!!! -
