I found this product to be very helpful with some of my symptoms. Was helpful with my racing thoughts and I was able to get some actual sleep. My hot falsies were not as bad. I also was a little less irritated with life.

The next morning I saw a result the spots were a little lighter. After four days they looked amazing you could almost not see them. Will definitely continue using them and recommend them to anyone
