I waited for the perfect moment during these busy holiday weeks and harsh -30°C weather days to leave a light on in my Honda Odyssey minivan until the battery was completely dead. I wanted to see exactly how well the MotoMaster Eliminator XB25 actually worked.
I made sure to fully charge it before the first use, and I can say it is a very powerful charger.
While my Honda minivan has a standard 3.5L V6 engine, this jump starter is built for much larger engines. With 2500 peak amps it is rated for up to 8.5L gas and 6.0L diesel. Because of that power rating, it’s not just for minivans. It is also a great choice for SUVs, full size sedans, heavy duty pickups and even RVs or large campers.
When I hooked jump starter up to my dead minivan, it turned over instantly without hesitation. I was surprised by how fast and effective it was. Usually, it takes me several tries to jump a dead battery. In this harsh Alberta weather, this tool is so handy to have! It also has overcharge protection, so it is very safe even if you have never jumped a car before (though it's always best to practice before an emergency happens).
The most helpful part of this device is the 3-inch Smart Display that tells you exactly what is happening:
-It shows the percentage of power left in the booster pack, so you know when to recharge it.
-It confirms if you have plugged the cords in correctly(it was very obvious in my car)
-A "Ready" appears when it is safe to turn the key.
As a handy bonus, you can use it as a high speed power bank. It has USB C and USB A ports to charge phones and tablets during long trips. It is very compact, I keep mine right under the passenger seat just in case. It even has a built-in LED flashlight.
If you want peace of mind, especially in cold climates like ours where batteries love to die, this is a must-have. It’s powerful, easy to use and very effective.

I have always had a small dream to have a golden faucet in my bathroom and that dream finally became a reality thanks to @canadiantire and @thisisbutterly . They sent me the brushed gold Danze Dorian 2-handle lavatory faucet to test and review, and it has definitely changed the look of my space.
Installing the new faucet was actually quite easy! I just followed the instructions: insert this, click that, tighten there and done. However I quickly learned that this is a two-person job, and you are going to need a much better toolkit than just the single adjustable wrench the manual suggests.
The hard part wasn’t the new faucet, it was removing the old one! If you are planning to do this, take my advice: remove the cabinet doors before you even start. Squeezing into that tiny space under the sink is the hardest part. Once I shut off the main water and the supply lines, I laid out a mountain of paper towels, rags and put a bucket under the sink. Only then was I finally able to rip out the old hardware and make room for the new gold.
The faucet looks modern and works great, but I have to be honest about the finish. I’ve noticed the handles are already starting to oxidize and lose their colour, becoming much darker. You have to wipe it completely dry after every single use to prevent tarnishing and water spots.
If you love the look of brushed gold and don’t mind the extra cleaning, this could be the perfect centerpiece for your bathroom.

The way the lights beautifully twinkle and the geometrically folded leaves catch the sunlight is mesmerizing.
It complements my decor so well, it looks outstanding and every time I look at it, it brings me joy. Even after a snowfall, the little caps of snow on the leaves don't hide the beauty of this tree; but they just add a more magical feel
It was very easy to assemble, when following very understandable instructions. It's better to have a helper, but I was okay assembling it by myself. For the several weeks that I have had it, the tree has survived heavy snow, rain, and strong wind!
Love it, I just love it! I have received so many compliments that my house stands out, and I’m pretty sure it is because of the CANVAS Glisten Twinkling Tree.

I’ve been testing the NEOSTRATA Skin Active Rebound Sculpting Cream for a week and wanted to share an honest first impression.
This cream combines several active ingredients:
– MicroDiPeptide229 – designed to penetrate the skin’s surface and support collagen and elastin for a more lifted look.
– 10% AHA/PHA blend – exfoliates to smooth fine lines, improve uneven tone, and brighten age spots.
– Aminofil – helps volumize the look of slack skin.
– Alpine plant extracts – target visible discoloration.
After using it my skin feels well hydrated and looks fresher. The texture however stays sticky for a while after application, which is not very comfortable.
Real downside is the pump, it’s only dispenses product properly if held upside down, which is very often uncomfortable
I haven’t seen a noticeable lifting effect yet, perhaps it takes more time.
Because of the high AHA content, the brand warns to protect skin from the sun. Daily sunscreen, protective clothing, and limited sun exposure are recommended, which can be inconvenient during summer when you are outdoors more often.
I am definitely recommend this product but to use in winter time and probably in the evening.

Just tried Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies for the first time. I like that they are vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, and made with natural colors from fruits and vegetables. Plus a little boost of B12 for energy . Definitely easier on the stomach than drinking raw apple cider vinegar and no damage to teeth.
The taste is sweet, like candy, but there’s still a strong vinegar smell and aftertaste. Not terrible, but not totally hidden either. And omg, why are they all stuck together like one giant gummy blob?! Digging them out was a mini workout.
One thing that really bothered me — the gummies in my bottle were stuck together in one big clump, so it was hard to pull them out without digging around
Would I buy them again? Maybe. They are definitely more pleasant than drinking vinegar, especially on busy mornings or when I want to pretend I’m taking candy instead of a supplement.
