I received the Premier Protein Caramel Shake from ChickAdvisor to review.I thought this tasted better than the chocolate shake. I'm not a big fan of caramel flavoured drinks ( lattes and fraps) but this was pretty good. It has 30 grams of protein and 1 g of sugar which is the same as the chocolate shake, but to me it seemed sweeter. If I had to purchase the Premier Protein shakes, I would get the caramel flavoured. It is cheaper to purchase protein powder and make your own shakes, but this would be great to bring with you on the go. I would recommend this product. -

I received Premier Protein Chocolate Shake for free from ChickAdvisor to try out. I had this in the morning. I thought it was very creamy with a hint of that artificial chocolate but I think that flavour is typical for protein shakes. Not bad flavour. It is very convenient to bring on the go. I usually buy protein powder and make my own shakes. I like that there is 30 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar. Price wise I think it's better to buy a big tub of protein powder and make it at home. I do think this would be great if you are in a hurry and don't have time/too lazy to make your own protein shake. -

Great product. I like to use this for my acne. I use this as a spot treatment or put a few drops with my apple cider and witch hazel as a toner. I also put a few drops in my shampoo to get rid of dandruff. It's great for itchy skin too.

I bought this product then they had their 23% off sale this November. Thought I give this a try. Claims that it reduces the looks of spots and hyper-pigmentation. My skin has always been blotchy since my mid-teen years and there are constant acne scars coming and fading. This really did help and I did see that my skin looks a lot better then ever have been in a long time. I did make a mistake of using a glycolic face wash, The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution and this product all at once and that was a big no no. The next morning my face was red, felt hot, and unconformable and started peeling for at least 3 days. Remember to only use 1 acids in your morning or nightly routine. You don't need to use that much only a few drops. I have been using this for a month and a half. There is still 9/10 of the bottle left. I definitely recommend giving this a try. -

I didn't notice much of a difference using this. It is very sticky and slimy if that bothers you. My skin did feel a bit tacky. I would rather use a different moisturizer.

I first tried this maybe 2 years ago. I used it everyday and went through almost 2 bottles then stopped because of laziness and didn't see much of a difference. Over the year, my pores were really large and noticeable around my nose and cheek area. I decided to try it again when they had their 23% off sale. I noticed my pores were a lot smaller and I'm happy I started using this again. -

I had to use another Dove dry shampoo, but my hair looked flat and greasy. If your hair is naturally oily, I don't think this product is for you. I think the only reason why I would repurchase this again is to use it with another dry shampoo to cut back on the white residue/specks but I don't think it is worth it. -

When I first got this product I thought it worked really well but after a few weeks my lip felt dry. I would have to reapply every few hours. Maybe because the weather is getting colder.

These are so good. I recently tried this brand earlier this month. The dried mangoes at SuperStore bulk section are very similar to this. I really liked the mangoes there but wanted to see if there was a cheaper alternative because they were $2.49 per 100g and sometimes they don't look so good in the bulk section. They are not overly sweet or have that weird chemical taste to them. I had first tried the smaller 80g bag because they were only $1.49 and I thought they were okay. The pieces were a lot smaller and the colouring wasn't as appealing. I then tried the 454g bags for $8.99 and noticed a bigger difference in texture and maybe in flavour. The thicker slices are my favourite. Today I found a larger bag 600g for $10.99 at Save on Foods. I would definitely recommend getting larger bags than the 80g ones. -

I got this at my Dollarama for $4. I have tried this many years ago when it was new but did not like it. I decided to try this again. I thought it had a nice fine spray. My hair did not look oily. However when the bright lights was on I noticed a lot of specks in my hair. I tried massaging it in and brushing it out but it was still noticeable. Lucky I tried this out night instead of in the morning before I left the house. I have black hair but maybe it would work better for those with lighter hair colour. It's a good product but I don't recommend it for those who have black/dark hair. -
