I was given the opportunity to try Promensil Double Strength Menopause Support Tablets for 1 month and it has been literally life changing. My cramps didn't hurt as much. I didn't have my normal heavy bleeding. I didn't experience my normal hot flashes either. My period symptoms were almost nonexistent. I highly recommend this product to anyone in perimenopause or menopause. It helps quite a bit.
