I had been dealing with mild reflux discomfort, especially after certain meals, and this product made a noticeable difference. It’s easy to take, gentle on the stomach, and I appreciated that it didn’t have a chalky or artificial aftertaste like others I’ve tried. After using it consistently, I felt more comfortable and could go about my day without that annoying burning sensation. It’s definitely something I’d keep in my routine when I need extra support. -

I like that it contains biotin and it is a plant-based product. I recomended it to my friends. The pills are easy to swallow. I do recomend to read all the detail about the product to make sure it is the right for you, women with predisposition to breast cancel can not take it. I received a full size sample of JOICO K-PAK COLOR THERAPY gliding oil, I tried for two weeks and the quality of my hair improves dramatically. My ends were almost fried but with the therapy and specially applying this gliding oil every day. Their appearance is completely different. I will buy in the future and continue using it. I just use a small amount with dam hair twice a week and on dry hair when I do not wash my hair. Love it. I just make sure to put first a small amount on my hand, rubb it and then apply it. -
