I’ve been using Promensil Perimenopause Healthy Hair, Skin, and Nails for a few weeks now, and I’ve noticed some subtle but meaningful changes. My hair feels a little stronger and less prone to breakage, my nails seem to be growing more steadily, and my skin looks a bit more nourished. What I appreciate most is that these tablets are plant based and easy to take daily, which makes sticking with them simple.
Perimenopause can really take a toll on your body, and it’s nice to feel like I’m doing something proactive for my hair, skin, and nails. I’m giving this product 4 stars because while I’ve seen positive changes, I think it could take a little longer to see more dramatic results. Overall, I’m happy with it and plan to continue using it to see how much more improvement I get over time.

I’ve been using Promensil Double Strength Menopause Support Tablets for a few weeks now and have noticed a definite improvement in my overall well being. The hot flashes and night sweats have become more manageable, and I feel more emotionally balanced throughout the day. I appreciate that it's plant based and doesn't have a strong or unpleasant scent like some other supplements. The packaging is compact and easy to store, and the tablets are a good size—not too big to swallow. I took off one star only because I wish the results were a little faster, but I’m happy with the progress so far and will continue taking them!
