This is a staple in our firstaid/medicine cabinet because it has so many uses! I have been using Vicks VapoRub since I was a little girl and stand by it still at 24. It has helped me numerous times when I have had a cold or flu to help my nose and sinuses as I sleep. I also really like their nasal inhaler for on the go. -

I switched over the Silk Almond milk when I found out I was intolerant to dairy. It took some getting use to but I promise your taste buds will change & you will like it! It pairs really nice with certain espressos but not all so be aware. It can cause the milk to taste acidic. I personally like to add a little simple syrup or vanilla to my almond milk if I am making a steamer or hot beverage. If you don`t the almond is amplified but not in a bad way! -
Oikos Greek Yogurt
I love how creamy & rich Oiko`s Greek Yogurt is! I like to have it with my granola in the morning. it fills me right up! I would highly recommend this brand of yogurt even if its a little pricier.

I've tried to go away from Carnations Hot Chocolate but I can't!! Nothing is better than Carnations. I think it may be because I was raised having this one brand. So good, so creamy. So worth it!

Trident Splash Vanilla Mint Gum
Vanilla is one of my favourite generic flavours but HELLO mint & vanilla together!? I don't buy gum often but when I do it's Tridents Vanilla Mint Splash or 5 GUM in Winter Mint I believe.

Excel Mints Spearmint
I love these mints for when I have bad breath or feel like I do.. Especially with pregnancy! These have saved my mouth a couple of times after eating very flavourful foods. They also last a long time!

PÜR Gum
I bought this because my vegan friend recommended it to me.. I was not very happy with this! The flavour left too quickly and the packaging kept opening up in my purse even though it claims to be resealable.

Kellogg's Raisin Bran Cereal
