I actually picked this up as its a Meal replacement, however is is also for weight loss & maintenance. I always add berries to it and I have it with the regular 2% Milk, they come in Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate. Personally I prefer the Vanilla and Strawberry as they go really well with berries and fruit. It is perfect as I don't have the time to grab a meal some days so this does it while tasting good too! -
