It is more effervescent, with notes of something that was not my taste. I don't know what the ingredient "calamansi" is, but maybe that's what I didn't like. Having said that, my husband did really enjoy it, we all have different taste buds!
I do like that it is made in Delta BC.

Light cream suitable for under makeup I liked that it had very little scent. Have not used long enough to notice brightening effect, but I will continue to use as part of my daily routine.

While the Yankee candle provided a nice ambiance and is esthetically pleasing, I was disappointed in the lack of fragrance. Had it burning an entire evening and never noticed a scent.
