The packages I received contained 2 gummies in each. The dosage says you can take 1-2 gummies a day. Because we are not into cold and flu season I gave my sons the gummies at the first sign of a cold. Each got 1 gummy for 2 days.
They both said the gummies tasted good, like mixed berries and asked if I would buy more for them to take when they got sick. I can safely say they are kid approved.
Do they work, I can’t say with any certainty as they only got to take them for 2 days but I do know that elderberry is suppose to be. Great immunity booster and helps shorten the duration of a cold or flu so I do think they would help ease cold symptoms.
Overall if you are looking for a way to boost your immune system of shorten the duration of a cold these gummies would be a great option. I would buy them for my kids to take.

I received the Vida by PADERNO variable kettle for free from Butterly in exchange for my honest opinion.
This actually came at the perfect time because I was looking to purchase a kettle. This kettle is great. It has variable temperatures ranging from 40 degrees to 100 degrees. If you press the power button the water will automatically heat to 100 degrees but one simple button push and you can toggle between the other 4 temperature options. The kettle has a tone that goes off when you place the kettle on the base and when it has reached the designated temperate. It also keeps your water hot for up to 30 minutes! As a busy mom who often boils the kettle, gets side tracked, remembers I wanted a hot drink and then has to start the process all over this is very convenient.
The kettle has a sleet glass and stainless steel design and a push button to open the lid for easy filling. There is a screen in the pouring spout and each designated temperature setting has a colour that show on the heating base. One of the things that I really like is how quickly it boils the water.
Overall this kettle would be a great addition to any kitchen or coffee/tea station. It looks great and has all the features you want in a kettle. I would recommend this kettle to anyone.

I received the Joico Zero Heat Air Dry Styling Cream for free from Chick Advisor in exchange for my honest review. I was really excited to try this product as I have thick curly hair and am always looking for products that help tame frizz.
The packaging is cute and it is a good size so there is lots of product. I used a nickle sized amount of the product in my hair as I found using more than that left patches that looked kind of greasy. The product has a great smell and is easy to work into your hair.
It is not a leave in conditioner as I found out after my first use when my hair dried and felt kind of coarse. I did notice it defined my loose curls more but did not seem to control the frizz very well.
I think if this is used with other curling products it could help your curls look nice but on its own I did not find it to be very effective. I probably would not purchase this item again.

I recieved this free sample of Motrin Super Strength Liquid Gels from Chick Advisor and Motrin Canada to try in exchange for my honest review. I was actually excited to try this product. I have endometriosis and for a few days each month suffer from awful pain. I refuse to take doctor prescribed medication as the side effects have been hard to cope with. Up until this past month I was using Aleve for the pain. These liquid gels were AMAZING! I took one when the pain started and was actually able to go about my day without feeling like I sharks were attacking my insides. The effects lasted for a good 6- 7 hours before I felt I needed to take another one. It also helped with my sinus headache that I was also fighting. This is my new go to pain medication. I even told my husband how much it helped. I am totally impressed. -

My son picked the raspberry flavour to sample. My youngest loves apple sauce so I was not surprised that he really enjoyed it. My oldest son doesn't care for apple sauce so much so I decided to sample it also. My youngest said it was "so good mom." I liked that the taste balanced itself. Not too much apple or raspberry. You could taste that there was no extra sugar also which I liked. I would definitely buy this again. They are great for snacks at home, in lunches or on the go. -

I used this moisturizer many years ago and then started to use another brand that was hypoallergenic because I started to get breakouts and wasn't sure why. I saw this on sale at Costco about 6 months ago and decided to give it a try again and won't use anything else. It keeps my skin hydrated and even. I am 33 and have smooth skin and no signs of wrinkles. The scars from my blemishes have gotten lighter and are barely noticable now. The moisturizer is light and doesn't cause my face to become greasy like others did. It is much cheaper to buy at Costco, especially if it goes on sale. -

I struggled finding a product that worked to keep my face clean and control the hormonal breakouts I had after having kids. This soap is gentle and so effective. I use it every night and it leaves my face feeling clean and does not dry it out. I pay around $11 for a bottle and it lasts so long because you need very little. It lathers nicely and although they have a variety of scents I prefer the tea tree since it helps with blemishes. -

I chose the original gingerale not the diet to review.
My initial reaction to this flavour of pop was that there was a strong cranberry flavour. That was all O felt I could taste which wasn't what I was expecting. After a few more sips I could start to taste the gingerale in the drink.
I did find that the drink was a little sweeter than I prefer. I think the sweetness of this drink would make it good for mixing in punches or for kids who do not like the taste of the original gingerale.
Overall, it had the bubbly smoothness that you would expect from Canada Dry and a taste that although is sweet, is good and would be great for a day when you want a little more than an original gingerale soft drink.

I have been using the product for just over a week now and I like it. I was not able to use it twice a day as the cleanser was very exfoliating and it was too much for my skin to be exfoliated twice a day. I do notice that my skin feels very clean after using the cleanser. The pores feel open and it tales all the dry skin and oil off of my skin. I pat dry my face and apply the retinol serum which absorbed very quickly. The two products used together work great. I really like the combo and would use again for sure.

I received Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Retinol Serum free from Chick Advisor in exchange for my honest review.
I have been using the product for just over a week now and I like it. I was not able to use it twice a day as the cleanser was very exfoliating and it was too much for my skin to be exfoliated twice a day. I like the smell and it absorbs into the skin quickly. It brightens around my eyes really well and leaves my face looking fresh and healthy. I didn't have many wrinkles prior to using the product but have noticed that around my eyes look bright and youthful. The applicator is great. You push a button the handle and sucks in some serum and then you push the button to dispense the serum. I have been dispensing it right on my face as i feel I am better able to rub it in this way. The directions say to dispense it on your palm and then apply to your face. Overall, I like this product and would buy it again. It keeps my face clean and looking bright and youthful.
