I really enjoyed trying Goldie’s protein oatmeal. It’s high in protein and fibre, which actually helped keep me full longer compared to regular oatmeal. I also liked how quick and easy it was to make — perfect for busy mornings.
The texture was nice and the flavour was better than I expected for a high-protein option. Overall, this is something I would purchase again and keep on hand for a convenient, filling breakfast.

It absorbs beautifully, my skin feels soft, nourished, and glowy without feeling greasy. I’ve especially noticed it helps calm redness and dry patches overnight. I also love that it’s handcrafted on a Canadian lavender farm, so it feels extra intentional and thoughtfully made.
