The issue with a healthy lactose milk is sometime the milk is a tuff adjustment. Although I am already lactose my boyfriend isn’t and he really liked this milk. Which is shocking! He is picky and tends not to like my dairy free item. It was delicious and smooth and had a full flavor. -
