TheraBreath is an amazing oral rinse that whitens without peroxide. It is dye and alcohol free so it doesn’t irritate sensitive teeth or gums. My teeth are pretty stained from coffee and red wine so I’m excited to continue using this product to see the stains lift! If added it as part of my daily routine in the morning after I brush my teeth. A quick swish for 30 seconds and I’m on my way.

Scheduling me time has become an important part of my everyday life. Sometimes that looks like a yoga class other times it’s just washing my face. Tomorrow is a new day and we are all doing the best we can. I’ve added @golinutrition apple cider vinegar gummies as part of my bed time routine.
