You definitely only need a dab of this as it takes a while to absorb and covers a lot of area. I did feel my skin was protected and it lasts. There is no scent, (not even the weird one that comes with a lot of “unscented” products) which is great if that’s what you like. Overall it’s not bad, I just didn’t like that it takes so long and so much effort to absorb.

I have chronic headaches, especially weather related (and we all know how that’s been) so was excited to try this version. Within minutes of taking one I could feel my headache start to subside, after about 20 minutes felt myself again. It’s also small and easy to swallow which is great if you have a hard time with the bigger ones, and no bad taste! I would definitely recommend this, and will most definitely purchase again. -
