I didn't have super high hopes for this liner, as it's pretty cheap. But the reviews were consistently good, so I thought 'why not give it a go?' It's worth more than the price, but not a spectacular product. The eye liner gel goes on smoothly and is pigmented well. It stays on pretty well, and doesn't smudge. My one gripe about it is the brush it comes with! It's TERRIBLE. It was ok the first time I applied it, but once there was already eye liner on it, it got hard and wasn't functional the second time around.    -
