But I do love the coziness of being inside and relaxing!
I was lucky enough to get to try @nowfoodsofficial Muscle Zen Oil Blend this week and incorporate it into my self care routine.
This blend can be used both topically with carrier oil or as aromatherapy.
I love the soothing effect it has on me when adding a few drops in the diffuser.
It has hints of peppermint, eucalyptus, ginger, blue tansy, clove bud, black pepper, and wintergreen that is perfect for a pick me up in this dreary winter weather.
I mixed some with coconut oil and applied on my calf and nexk muscles after an intense workout and felt immediately relaxed.
Hoping I can now convince hubby to let me try it on him! 😆

I typically don’t like perfume because it gives me a headache but I love that this is a clean product and I can wear without issue!

However, my kids weren’t huge fans of the taste, which made it a bit challenging to get them to take it consistently. That said, I appreciate that it’s a natural option, and it’s good to know there are no artificial additives. I think it’s worth trying if your kids are less picky about flavors, but it might not be the easiest fit for everyone.

I was able to try out the PanOxyl Blemish Brightening Patches from butterly and have been using them for the past week.
They are easy to apply and don’t leave any sticky residue behind.
I usually stick them on before bed and wakeup forgetting they are even there!
After a week I noticed the dark spots I had been targetting looked lighter and the area looked more clear.
It wasn’t a drastic difference but good for those pesky spots that need a little extra attention without paying for expensive and invasive treatments.

I got bit one night and put these on right away. They seemed to help alleviate the immediate itching but had trouble staying on in the shower and in bed (I toss and turn a lot).
Overall they worked well and were easy to peel off and adhere to the bite area. Perfect to toss into a first aid kit or travel bag.
