Received a coupon to redeem on Good & Simple Banana Bran Muffins from chickadvisor and this is my honest review. The muffins tasted fresh and they were delicious with a nice soft texture. These are convenient and great for on the go. My toddler also enjoyed it. It was like a muffin and a bar in one.
It's perfect for busy mornings or with your coffee during your ride to work

I'm going to start off by saying that these bars re delicious and it has 20 grams of protein which is awesome. most bars have a gross texture but these are actually yummy. now my only issue is that it state only 2 grams of sugar but it actually has 17 grams of sugar alcohol so that a lot of sugar. and its a bit high in calories. I would eat this if I did not have a shake available or if I really needed a snack. the lemon poppy seed flavour was my favourite. -

I'm going to start off by saying that these bars re delicious and it has 20 grams of protein which is awesome. most bars have a gross texture but these are actually yummy. now my only issue is that it state only 2 grams of sugar but it actually has 17 grams of sugar alcohol so that a lot of sugar. and its a bit high in calories. It cooked quick, I like my pasta el dente so I don't cook it all the way. It had a nice pasta texture. I thought it was going to be too soft. Overall I like it and would buy it to change it up. I think I will probably mix regular pasta with the smart veggie pasta though. I recommend this for a healthier option -

McCain Sweet Potato Plank Cut Fries are a staple in my house. we all love them and I always have them in my freezer. we usually pair them with wings or battered fish or fried chicken. They are delicious. They are crispy and sweet and so addictive. The price is reasonable but I stock up when they go on sale. -
