The best thing about this bar of soap is that it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry after I use it. I have an issue with dry skin on my arms and hands, and using this leaves them feeling nice and comfortably moisturized. It also smells pretty nice, but it's not my favorite scent in the world. I would love for there be other scents of this bar available soon, especially some vanilla. -

I was so disappointed by the taste of this product! I wanted to like it so bad, but it felt...off. The taste was more like water with a slight hint of chocolate flavoring that wasn't very noticable. Additionally, even though it was refrigerated and shaken well, it was kind of... lumpy? I would not buy this. I preferred the caramel flavor as the caramel at least works as a coffee creamer. -

I tried this shake at breakfast time today and was kind of disappointed in the taste. It was good, but definitely not great. That being said caramel is a difficult flavor to sell to me, as I find caramel flavored protein shakes often have a taste similar to medicine. For that reason I recommend this to anyone who likes caramel shakes because of all the caramel ones I've tried, this is indeed the best tasting one! I found it filling as well, which was great. I think it would work well as a coffee creamer. -

I'm not a vegan but I eat a lot of vegan products because I'm cutting back on my meat and dairy consumption. Silk is the first almond milk brand I tried and it's still my favorite. It consistently has great sale prices and the regular prices are usually lower than others as well.
I buy the unsweetened variety and definitely recommend it that way. If you're drinking it out of a glass on it's own, I admit it isn't the best taste to me. It kind of just tastes like water with almond flavoring in it to me, but at least I prefer the taste to dairy milk.
If you put it in cereal, a smoothie, coffee/tea, or use it in baking then its perfect even if you aren't a fan of the taste! I replace daily milk with almond milk in most recipes and it's always worked fine. It tastes awesome with cereal and it's great for mixing into smoothies even if the smoothie isn't vegan since it's so low calorie but high in nutrition.
Definitely recommended!

You wouldn't believe how good this smells! And how good it feels! Its silky and absorbs into my skin really quickly. It doesn't leave any residue of stickiness or a greasy feeling. It feels really light on the skin and I can use it any time of the day because there's no risk of ending up with slippery hands and shiny greasy skin.
I usually use a health app to check the ingredients on health products I buy. I almost always find at least one controversial ingredient in the products I check but this one had no issues whatsoever, which is why I chose it.
Give it a try for silky smooth skin!

I really wanted to love this. I only use natural beauty and hygiene products and I wanted this to work so bad.
The first sign something was wrong: my armpits started feeling tingly after applying this. Not a good tingly. After a few minutes the tingling turned to a pinching sensation. It wasn't too bad at first though.
The next time I used it things got worse. In retrospect I should have stopped it immediately, but I've had weird reactions to things as I adjusted to using them before so I kept going. This time the pain was stinging and burning, like I had been stung all over my armpits.
The pain ended up getting so bad that I felt lightheaded. I had to wash off the deodorant as much as I could manage, but I still felt a burning sensation afterwards.
With the burning not going away, I took a good close look at my armpits in the mirror. They were red and raw, and actually looked like I had chemical burns! It was awful and took a couple of days to heal.
I'd never use this again and never recommend it. If it works for you, that's great! But I wouldn't let anyone risk having the same experience as me.

I've always been super intense about my dental hygiene ever since I had a tooth pulled. I brush my teeth at least twice a day for 2 minutes each time, I floss daily, I use mouth wash, etc. So when I decided to switch to a less "traditional" toothpaste I was... kind of worried.
But after using this for about a month and a half I'm so glad I took the leap and tried this! I really love how the boxes list what the different ingredients are for very clearly. And the different flavors are very unique. I liked the mint but I'm partial to the cinnamon!
My teeth are so much whiter than before, and that's saying a lot considering I thought they were as good as I could get them after brushing so faithfully for so long. They're really clean and strong. I haven't noticed any bad breath and I really love the cinnamon taste in my mouth after brushing.
The first couple days I noticed a bit of tooth ache and was worried it was related to the toothpaste. But I kept using it and the ache went away; I'm still not sure if it was just a coincidentally timed ache or a result of switching to an entirely new toothpaste. Either way my teeth haven't ached since, which is great!
Definitely recommend this! Amazing product!

It definitely cleans you out, but I didn't find it harsh or a super "urgent" feeling. I notice within the first week that my energy levels are better. And while I'm not really doing it specifically to lose weight, the scale definitely drops when I do this.
Totally recommend trying this out of you want a gentle but effective cleanse!
