This is by far my favorite hard candy! I love the different flavors, and they are so easy to snack on. The serving size is a good amount for the calories. They are hard shells, but soften just a bit as you suck on them. There's a powder-y ball in the middle, and it's delightful. You definitely do have to leave them in your mouth for a while and let them soften before you chew them as to not hurt your teeth. These are my favorite to snack on during a movie!

Also as a bonus - these are allowed to consume during labor! I ate a ton of these during labor of both of my pregnancies, and they kept me from getting hangry, while also being delicious. Win for sure!    -
