I tried Garnier Micellar Water as I had a coupon for it, and it turned out to be a great addition to my skincare routine. I use it primarily as an eye/face makeup remover, and follow up with a foaming facial cleanser. I love how you don't even need water, and it doesn't leave any residue. All I do is soak a cotton pad in it, and then wipe! It is very effective as a makeup remover! I am however interested in trying the pink-capped versions too. -
