It was helpful after heavy meal especially. I have been using it for a week now. I think it was helpful. My doctor didn't think I should be taking it as I am on other medications for other things. I feel less bloated then before though. I would definitely consult your doctor before taking for long period of time. If your looking for fast relief for a short period of a time, then yes definitely try this product. -
