I was actually really impressed with these dried noodles. When I opened the package I wasn’t sure as they kind of smelled odd and didn’t look Super appetizing. My son is also very picky so I wasn’t sure how it was going to go with him and if he would be able to tell they were “healthy”. However , after we cooked then they didn’t really have an odd texture or flavor and I was really impressed !
