It smells really nice, almost like a vanilla mint scent. For me, it starts tingling after 10 minutes after application, and it really does give my lips a fuller look. I like to use it prior to putting on my lipstick. -

This is one of my least favourite liquid eyeliners. Application isn't terrible, however the pigmentation is not the greatest. It smudges and flakes off easily. It doesn't really have a matte finish which I would prefer with liquid eyeliners. I bought it in "Precise Black" and it somehow didn't seem dark enough for me. I thought I'd try it after seeing some positive reviews about it, but it just doesn't do it for me. I will not be purchasing this eyeliner again. -

This is my all time favourite liquid eyeliner (I've bounced between drugstore and high end). It's very pigmented and goes on beautifully. The applicator is thin at the bottom, and it makes it very easy to control in order to make a precise line and dries very matte. A lot of liquid eyeliners I've tried ended up flaking and/or smudging throughout the day, but this stays on perfectly. I've cried with this on and my wing stayed intact! I've been using this eyeliner for years and now I'm afraid to try other liquid eyeliners because this one does justice for me. -

This is a highlighter that comes in a fairly large round compact. It has 4 different shades in it, the two in the middle are a pinkish highlight, and the ones at the end are a golden highlight. You can use one colour, or you can blend all 4 on your face. It was very inexpensive, and for the price, it is pretty reasonable. However, it is a bit more glittery than other highlighters, so if you don't like glitter on your face, this wouldn't be the product for you. It gives a very sheer highlight, but can easily be built up for more of a glow. It's probably one of my top picks for a drugstore highlighter (I've had more disappointment with drugstore highlighters than I've had success), and it's perfect for when I want to go for a more natural look. -

I've seen DIY's on lip scrubs, but let's face it. I don't have the patience for DIY's. This lip exfoliator is essential to my nightly routine. I usually only wear matte lipsticks/liquid lipsticks and it is very drying, especially in the autumn and winter. This product is a lip scrub in lipstick form pretty much, so it's super easy to use. It contains Vitamin E, Shea Butter, Avocado, Grape and Jojoba Oil, so not only does it remove dry skin, it smooths your lips and keeps it conditioned and moisturized. I only use it every other day, and I like to follow up with Carmex (which I use EVERY night). E.L.F Lip Exfoliator is a life saver, and I will continue to incorporate it in my nightly routine. -

So, there's a story behind this perfume. Back in August 2015, I went to Las Vegas with my friends for our first time, and we stayed in the Hard Rock Hotel. As you walk into the hotel, you're hit with a strong smell. Once you get past the smell of cigarettes, there was an indescribable smell, it was almost like a vanilla mixed with something that we couldn't quite figure out. But it was magical. We were there for 4 days, then we came home. We were all hit with "Post Vegas Depression" and Vegas was all we could talk about, and one of the things we missed the most was the smell of the hotel we stayed in. One day I had went shopping at Shoppers Drug Mart, and I was smelling the perfume bottles I thought looked interesting. Katy Perry's Mad Potion being one of them, and once I smelt it, it brought me right back to the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. It has a sweet vanilla, and musky floral scent to it, and it's amazing. It's definitely one of my favourite perfumes. It is a bit on the pricey side, as I only bought a 30ml and I believe it came out to about $45ish. However, it does smell amazing and it is very long lasting so a little goes a long way -

I love love love LA Splash liquid lipsticks. I've ordered from them many times. They are just a little pricey, especially if I can quickly go through a tube, and it usually takes me forever to finish off a tube of lipstick, so in Canada, it's about $18.99 not including shipping fees/taxes. Overall, it's an amazing product, great pigmentation, and long-lasting. However, I am not a fan of the applicator, so I use a lip brush to apply the product. What I love about Elf is that their products are inexpensive for some decent products. Some products much better than others. Now I like to go bold when it comes to my makeup, but sometimes when I just want a subtle and more natural glow, this bronzer/blush is perfect. It's not super-pigmented, so it isn't ideal if you want a sharp contour. But for $3, you can't go wrong with this product. -
