I changed the way I eat and am now eating Keto. I don’t know about you, but I cannot just drink regular water all day, everyday. I love having the crisp taste of Sparkling Ice. Orange mango is my fave. You can taste the flavors in every sip. I love that it’s carbonated because it makes you feel like you’re drinking a soda but they have no calories, no carbs, or sugar! You’ve gotta try it! -

These Equate flossed pics are easy to use but i feel that they are not strong enough to really fat in between my teeth. I’ve used many of them and they seem to pull and rip when I try to pull them out after being wedges between a tooth.
They gave a fresh minty taste and seem to be okay for regular everyday use as long as you don’t wedge them deep in your gum line.

Nutella is an absolute staple in our house. If my son could bathe in it, he would. The hazelnut aroma is present from the first time you peel open the freshness seal. It glides on your bread smoothly and has a very strong flavor. I can’t imagine not using this spread. The value is not the greatest in my opinion as it tends to be a bit more expensive than peanut butter but for the taste and quality of freshness, it’s worth the extra money. -
