Unfortunately this didn't work for me like I'd hoped it would. It did not help with my hot flashes and it interacted with my thyroid medication negatively. I ultimately had to discontinue use. Well I do have a friend that uses this and it works for her. So I believe it was just the interaction with my medication and unfortunately I can't stop taking my thyroid medication.

I got this in a product trial size with no instructions and even after Googling could not find the answer. It says it's to be used as an 2nd step cleanser but I didn't feel like that was the right step to use this product. I ended up breaking out and had to discontinue use. This typically happens with when I apply greasy/oily products to my face. Maybe I was using it wrong so I can't say that it didn't work, it just didn't work for me. -
