I have tried protein before in different forms and was never a big fan of it because of the taste. That was not a problem with the Premier Protein Chocolate Shake. I drank it straight as is and the taste was not chalky and didn't leave a gross aftertaste. I am not a big fan of chocolate usually, and this was a bit sweet for me, but It still tasted good. It gave me the energy I needed and kept me feeling full to help me get through that day. I would recommend this anyone who wants to get more protein in them and likes something that tastes good too.

It also kept me feeling full and satisfied my hunger till my next meal. All in all it's a good powerbar if you are into eating those kinds of things -

NIVEA Q10 Anti-Age Hand Cream

I didn't really notice any different with the skin on my hands. I am only 37 and my hands are not really showing any signs of aging so that's probably why. It does an ok job of moisturizing but I have better options that do a better job. I have really dry hands so I need a good hand moisturizer.
The one huge complaint that I have with this product and all the products in the Q10 line is the scent. All of the products have the same overwhelming, strong perfume scent that stays around of hours. It almost unberable. It also makes any clothing that you put on after smell and it will stay there till you wash that clothing item. Not sure if I will continue to use this product because that perfume smell is a bit much and I am not seeing the effects that it claims to have to put up with the scent.

I have mixed feelings about this product. I haven't noticed any real difference in the firmness of my skin where I apply the lotion So maybe with more continuous use it might start to make a difference, but right now it doesn't . It does leave my skin feeling soft and moisturized. It's a thin lotion so you don't need a lot of it. It does take a while to absorb into the skin which is annoying and it leaves your skin feeling sticky for a little bit. Not a big fan of that.

I have mixed feelings about this product. I haven't noticed any real difference in the firmness of my skin where I apply the oil. So maybe with more continuous use it might start to make a difference, but right now it does. It does leave my skin feeling soft and it does absorb really fast which is nice for an oil. It is really messy to apply, it's really liquidy and loos so it kept dripping off my hands before I could apply it. Also if you wait too long to apply if your hands will absorb most of the product.

I really liked this becel olive oil blend. I am not a big fan of some olive oils as I find they often have a strong flavour which transfers to the food, so I usually end up just using vegetable oil. I really liked this oil because it didn't have a strong taste and didn't add too much olive oil flavour to my food. It was easy to cook with and cooked my food nicely without burning or smoking too much. I even used it in a baking recipe and it was great in there as well. It has a nice light flavour that actually adds something nice to your food without over doing it. I have used it as a salad dressing yet, but I plan to and I bet it would be fantastic with a little bit of lemon added to it. Nice and simple and easy to use product. -

We already use becel margarine at home so I love this brand. This is the first time I have used the original version as we usually buy the light one, but it was just as good. It adds a lot of flavour to your foods. It doesn't burn or smoke a lot like other margaines can if you fry with them and it's nice and soft so it makes it easy to spread. I will continue to use this brand but will use the light version as it has less fat and salt in it. -

I liked this tea just like I liked the other teas in this line. The taste is great and it's easy to drink. As far as the cooling aspect of this I am not sure. Much like the other teas, I didn't feel any different after drinking it. I didn't find that it cooled me down or anything. Most teas make me feel calm so I don't think this tea is unique in that aspect. Overall it's a great tea, but not sure about the medicinal part of it.
Poise-Vata Tea
I really liked the taste of this tea. The cinnamon is really great. It's similar to the other tetly tea called warmth. I am not sure about the calming part of this as I did try on a day that I was feeling very anxious. I thought it would be the perfect time to try it and I did not really notice that it did anything. All of the teas in this line seem good, but I am not so sure about the health claims that they make. In any case it might work for you, but for me I did not notice that I felt any different after drinking it two times. The taste is good and it's a good tea otherwise.

I like the idea for this tea, but it's hard to say if it actually did anything for me. I felt the same as I would have felt had a drank any other kind of tea. I am not actually sure if it invigorated me like it said it would. Maybe after a few more times of drinking it I would be able to tell a difference, but after the two times I did feel any different. The taste is ok, It's very herbal, so if you don't like teas that taste very herbal, then you won't like this. I added honey to mine because I just like the extra sweetness. Over all it's a good tea, but not sure about the claims that it makes.
