I was struggling to find any products/regimens that were helping my acne when it flared up again in my mid-twenties. I used the kit (cleansing gel and moisturizing gel) where this is the middle step. I've been using it for a few weeks now and there is a definite improvement in my acne. I wouldn't say it's a miracle worker and it's not completely cleared but I can go outside without foundation now! -
