This was new to me since I hadn’t used cleansing water for babies before. It’s a handy option wiping hands and face after meals or quick refreshes during the day if outside of the house, although, at home I do tend to reach for a damp cloth more often. It doesn’t leave a sticky residue, which I appreciate, and it’s easy to use when you’re not near a sink.

As a new mom, I really can't afford to be getting sick - no days off when you're caring for a little human. But as a parent, I'm also dealing with poorer sleep and nutrition. That's why Vitamin C has become a staple in my daily supplement routine. It does a lot of heavy lifting when it comes to supporting my immunity and I genuinely feel like its made a difference in my illness prevention and recovery (especially this crazy flu season).
