I had planned to use this to make a smoothie (thanks Chick Advisor review club, I received this for free!) but after tasting it.... I only wanted to have it on its own. What a great surprise! Super tasty (not chalky as some protein shakes are) and super filling. Would recommend for a quick pick me up mid day, or to start off if you're running out the door.    -

I love mascara and am not super brand loyal: I simply want super amazing lashes! ...okay so that's a lot to ask for. I have fairly long lashes, but they're very thin. This mascara gives HUGE volume, which I super appreciate. Monsieur Big totally bulked them up and almost makes them look like falsies.

It's easy to apply and not chunky. However, I'll update this review if it changes. Most mascara goes on with clumps for the first few weeks, so fingers crossed that this delivers beyond then! I have high hopes as it has been my go to since receiving it in the mail.    -

This container exceeded my expectations: I have used it for lettuce thus far and am happy to report that they didn't get wilty or slimy as they sometimes do in a bag, usual Tupperware or a resealable plastic container from the grocery.

I have yet to use it for berries (the ultimate test, I believe!) but have high hopes.    -

I tried both flavours. Although this one wasn't my favourite, the texture is still enjoyable as is the taste. It really does fill you up and is an excellent option to have in your purse if you need a quick pick-me-up. If you love Reese's peanut butter cups or if this is one of your favourite flavours, I'd recommend you try it!    -

For me, this was the better of the flavours. It's perfect for breakfast: the poppyseed does taste a lot like a loaf but it's way healthier. The texture is dense but nice and it the bar keeps you filled and fueled.

I'll definitely look forward to having these around the house in case I need to rush in the morning or a tasty pick me up at work.    -

IÖGO PROTEINE was super rich, just like I enjoy my Greek yogurt! Full disclosure, I AWESOMELY #GotItFree for an honest and unbiased review.

I tested the chocolate flavour (the only one in stock at metro when I visited)hough I will most likely be buying the key lime in the future. The mixing with the flavor at the bottom was a bit bizarre, and the taste was sweeter than I expected. I am going to try adding a cup to my next smoothie and I think it could be just the right amount when blended with greens/berries.

If you're looking to add more protein to your diet, I would definitely recommend you give IÖGO a try!    -

Heads up: got to review this when Chickadvisor mailed it to my place! AWESOME.

I have only once drank the Breakfast essentials (chocolate) with ONLY milk: the other times I have blended it with bananas, peanut butter and milk, as well as almond milk and frozen berries. The smoothie recipes on their website are great, and add a lot to the drink.

It's GREAT for when you're on the go (it takes SECONDS to mix up) and keeps you feeling full! I even made a few smoothies the night before and kept them in mason jars overnight in the fridge: and it was just as if I had made it in the morning.

As for the flavour, it's delicious... though that might be due to the high sugar content. I imagine if you have kids they'd love it, and I'd recommend it to you especially! I will continue having it for breakfast, and my boyfriend enjoys it too.    -

AW MAN, where did my review go!? I posted up a lengthy one (or so I thought) as soon as I got these delicious bars form the ChickAdvisor review club.... alas, that did not happen. I must have hit something wrong, and from now on I'll write them in Word first!

Back to it: I would totally recommend these bars. They're delicious, filling, and not OVERLY sweet. They're very rich and dense, and easy to eat on the go. I also had my boyfriend try a few, as he commutes by bike, and he was even more of a fan. He mentioned micro/macro nutrients and an excellent portion size. It's a perfect snack/meal replacement!

Looking at the ingredients, they have everything you'd need in a meal. Did I mention how tasty they are? I like how they had an insert about how to use them to lose/maintain weight as well.    -

I tried this in the AM, like many others, instead of coffee. I diluted it in a glass of orange juice, and found there was a faint taste of vanilla. I didn't find I had more energy, but next time I'll try it at night, or at the gym. I do wonder why I could only have it daily for a month, as that's what the instructions say.

I will update my review should there be any changes.    -

I received these bars from the ChickAdvisor product review club: Thank you! I enjoyed this bar, and found it really kept me full between meals. It's very rich and filling, and I enjoyed the taste. The chewy texture is appealing, and it doesn't taste like I thought it might! (chalky or flavourless) It also includes a comprehensive diet plan, if you're looking to use them to lose/maintain your weight.

I also gave a few to my boyfriend, as he commutes by bike and I wanted to know what he'd think. His review: It has the right macro-nutrients and it's protein rich, it doesn't weigh you down or have a SUPER amount of carbs. For one meal a day, for a meal where you need something to keep you going without have your body crash, it's a super good portion size.    -
