I finally understand the hype around this shower oil! I love how it starts as a silky oil and transforms into a milky lather when it comes in contact with water. It cleanses without leaving my skin feeling stripped, and my skin feels so soft and smooth afterwards. The almond scent is absolutely beautiful, warm and luxurious without being overwhelming. It makes an everyday shower feel like such a treat!

I was really impressed with how thin and discreet these patches are! I applied one before bed and barely noticed I was wearing it. It stayed in place all night, and I actually ended up wearing it for about 12 hours, including through my first few meetings the next morning because it was so barely noticeable.
They’re easy to apply, comfortable to wear, and I like that they come in different sizes depending on the area you want to cover. I’ll definitely be keeping these on hand for the occasional breakout!

My first impression? They honestly taste really good. Sometimes wellness products can have an artificial flavour, but these have a pleasant taste and a soft gummy texture that makes them easy to take.
I also appreciate how simple they are to incorporate into my evening routine. It’s one small step that doesn’t feel like a chore and has helped me be more consistent with my nighttime habits.

I appreciate that it’s a unique and creative blend, but it didn’t align with my personal preferences. Coffee is very subjective, and while others who enjoy citrus flavours may love it, it wasn’t the right fit for me. -

I tried the FERRERO ROCHER® chocolate squares assorted for the first time and was honestly really impressed.
Each square has layers of chocolate, creamy filling, crunchy crispies, and roasted hazelnuts which gives them such a good texture and flavour combination.
I also loved that the assortment comes with milk hazelnut, dark hazelnut, and white hazelnut, so there’s something for every mood. I genuinely still can’t decide which one is my favourite.
They’re individually wrapped which makes them great for sharing, bringing to a get together, or just keeping as a treat at home.
I ended up mixing them into my protein ice cream and it was unreal. The crunchy hazelnut pieces with the creamy ice cream worked so well together.
Definitely one of those chocolates that feels elevated and indulgent while still being really fun and easy to enjoy.

I’ve been trying to start my mornings with something a little more balanced, especially with how busy my schedule is, and this has been such an easy go-to.
I like that it’s not overly sweet — it’s made with oats, seeds like chia and pumpkin, and has plant-based protein, so it actually keeps me full. I usually just toss in whatever fruit I have on hand and sometimes a splash of oat creamer, and it’s been perfect.
It’s simple, filling, and fits really well into busy mornings when I don’t have time to think too much about breakfast.
