I’ve been trying to start my mornings with something a little more balanced, especially with how busy my schedule is, and this has been such an easy go-to.
I like that it’s not overly sweet — it’s made with oats, seeds like chia and pumpkin, and has plant-based protein, so it actually keeps me full. I usually just toss in whatever fruit I have on hand and sometimes a splash of oat creamer, and it’s been perfect.
It’s simple, filling, and fits really well into busy mornings when I don’t have time to think too much about breakfast.
