The texture of the ice cream is incredibly smooth and creamy, just as you would expect from a high-quality brand like Chapman's. It's the perfect consistency, rich without being too sweet. Both my kids and I adored this ice cream so much that we bought the Chocolate Cherry Truffle as well!
