Experiencing perimenopause symptoms is no fun, but at least we can have some support along the way. This plant based product can help with some of the symptoms, like help strengthen hair and nails. It is not a huge difference but at this point any help is appreciated. The pill is solid and slightly large, so be prepared to swallow it. But at one pill once a day it is not a big lift, and it is very manageable. Overall I would recommend this supplement if you’re experiencing perimenopause and want some extra help along the way without actual medication just yet.

I love how practical this Cosco 2-Step Kitchen Stepper is - easy to open and fold, and also pretty easy to store it away when not in use. It can be used by kids but also by adults, whenever there is a need to use a stepping stool to help reach things. It has a metal frame that seems to be pretty sturdy. There is a metal bar to “close off” the second step, that would make it work more or less like a learning tower. My kids absolutely loved the idea of being able to reach to things around the kitchen and being able to help with food prep. It is also pretty easy to fold down or open it up - we store it under a bed when not in use.

It is on the sweeter side, I would describe as something like toasted coconut mixed with cherry on top of a vanilla whipped cream. It manages to somehow be sweet and fresh at the same time. It feels like the perfect fragrance for warm weather since it embraces you into a fresh sweet scent. The travel spray has the perfect size to carry around and take on the go.

These protein popped chips are actually pretty good. And I love that they are packed with protein and gluten free. The variety pack comes with three flavors. I feel like the barbecue was the one with the most flavor. The other two tasted more like pea / lentil / rice chips, with some hints of flavor at the end. It was still really good, though, so no concerns here. They just don’t seem to have as much flavor as barbecue. One bag was enough for me to feel satisfied, so they work great as a middle of the day snack. I received this product to try for free in exchange for a review. -

But it is very refreshing and perfect for everyday use. The travel version with the roll on application is also pretty practical to apply on the go.

This product works great for removing hair. It just takes a bit of patience. The warmer takes a while to bring the wax to the right consistency. But once it gets there, it’s easy to just apply, wait for it to cool, and then just remove the unwanted hair. I feel like hot wax is the least painful and most effective combination for removing hair, it just takes a little time to prep everything. Other methods like shaving might be quicker, but the results are not so nice and they do not tend to last long. This little warmer makes the job easier - though not faster - so it get bonus points for facilitating the job. -
