Tarte Tartelette In Bloom Clay Eyeshadow Palette
Smells delicious (vanilla), smooth and creamy and very pigmented. Blends out well, with a good amount of both matte and shimmer shadows. Only qualm -- wish there was a slightly more varied colour selection.

Really worth the hype. One of the first palettes I purchased. Very high-quality pigment, blends beautifully, great unique colour range, and the brush is actually quite nice!

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara
Even with its high price point, this mascara is everything! Full, voluminous lashes with curl, length and separation... black pigment that only clumps when manhandled -- this mascara is a must-have.

Maybelline New York Fit Me Concealer
My first ever concealer that I have stuck with for a long time. Affordable, medium coverage, minimal creasing and blends like a dream. I really can't think of a reason to not repurchase this concealer.

A staple in any makeup collection, this product does the job quickly and beautifully. Only downside is the high price point -- you can find very similar dupes (minus the spoolie), but overall is worth the price because of how well it delivers.

Great product -- sometimes almost TOO matte. Keeps everything in place, though would NOT recommend for dry skin. Affordable price point with quality result -- does what it says and would definitely repurchase.

This product is awesome for sleek-haired girls like me. No matter how much product, teasing, or hairspray I use, my hair will generally go limp within a few minutes. This texture spray, on the other hand, seems to work as best as is probably possible for my locks.
It goes on dry - similar to dry shampoo - so doesn't clump like normal hairspray. It also truly keeps whatever shape you have plumped up, although this may take a few sprays. In conjunction with the Beach Chic, I'm actually able to pretend I have full, wavy hair on a daily basis!

The only qualm I have about this product is the price point. The full size is $39 - and yes, it's fairly big, but there's no way anyone would be able to use the entire product within a safe amount of time. I had a sample size that lasted me for much longer than I anticipated - and that's with me using it every day.
Aside from that, this is another necessary go-to product that I always have with me. It's incredibly blendable, unobtrusive, and flattering. I use it at the corner of my eyes, to blend out pencil eyeliner, as a highlight on the bridge of my nose and tops of cheekbones. Just a light sweep of this and you're virtually ready to go!

When one of my former coworkers told me about the Mary Kay products she was selling, I have to admit that I was slightly apprehensive. But because I like makeup and wanted to help her out, I went ahead and bought a few items. This mascara in particular was well worth it!
I've never known what to look for in a mascara off the top of my head - I generally would just buy whatever was on sale at the drugstore and hope for the best. I've even tried some higher end mascaras that were gifted to me. And though they all do pretty much what they're meant to, for some reason this one hit the mark just a little higher. It is long lasting, with minimal smudging (even without being waterproof). It provides an even coat with no clumps, and seems to not only lengthen, but provide lift to the lashes as well. Although I'm pleased with this product, I'm not 100% sure I'd buy again - but purely because I'd like to try out other brands first to see if they compare.
