When I first applied the carnival color lip gloss, the very first thing I noticed was how natural looking it really was on my lips, and this was without first reading anything about Christopher Drummond Beauty products and the fact that this is his goal. The carnival color went perfectly with my light colored skin and gave my lips a very natural looking shine. It was very easy to apply and went on smooth and was not sticky at all. I felt that it was very moisturizing as well. It not dry, crack, clump, or peel on my lips. It kept it's color and shine for a very long time before having to be reapplied. I looked great wearing this lip gloss and it's good to wear no matter where you happen to be, whether out to dinner, at a ballgame, or just riding in the car. I would love to try this lip gloss in the other four shades available, including Brazilian berry, cinnamon, luscious, and ruby slippers.
This lip gloss retails for $17.50, which seems like a bit much but when compared to other brands but is sure to last you for a long time and make you feel and look good when wearing it so I'd splurge on this once in a while. And not to mention, any product shipped from Christopher Drummond Beauty will be shipped in a box containing "green" peanuts that are completely natural and 100% biodegradable!

I was given the chance to review the Molly boots from Farylrobin in black (pictured above). This design also comes in wet stone but I really loved the black best. I really love that the Molly has zippers on both sides of the boot and zip well past the ankle. This makes it easier to put on and get off. That has always been my problem with wearing boots, I did not like the fact that they were so hard to actually put on. There is also a snap on each side which adds a nice touch of character to the Molly. The Molly offers a tie-up feature from bottom to top, which I especially love as you can wear these boot as tight or as loose as you want. I like a tighter fitting boot so this is great feature. Not only does the Molly look great, but actually kept my toes and feet nice and warm. It's only going to get colder where I live in the next couple of weeks so this is an important facet. These boots were fairly comfortable when walking in them. Now all I need is a pair of boot socks and I'll be all set to wear the Molly anywhere I want to go. All my girlfriends loved the Molly boots and loved all the features making her easier to wear. -

I was sent two items from Hard Candy Cosmetics for review. First was a Fortune Gloss - Sweet & Shiny Lip Gloss in kismet. This lip gloss smelled wonderful and had the scent of candy of course! It was a very natural looking color and it added a very nice shine to my lips with a slight sparkle. I loved how it looked on my lips. It was not over the top, yet enough to draw attention. This gloss stayed on for quite a while and in addition to making my lips look great, it made them feel very hydrated as well. It was not too sticky or too thick. This is definitely something I'd keep in my purse so that I could use it all the time. The fun thing about this lip gloss is that the cap is a fortune teller. All you have to do is ask a question, apply a little gloss, then check the cap for your answer (Yes, No, Yum, Yuk, "?" or a heart!). In addition, the cap has a very cool design with an 8 Ball and flames which I also loved.
The next thing I received was 1,000 Lashes - Fiberized Lash Weave Mascara in lush green. 1,000 lases is infused with volume building fibers that thicken, separate, and lengthen lases dramatically. I didn't think I'd like this at first because of it being green. I can't seem to try anything other than black mascara but after trying it on it didn't look that bad. It definitely wasn't too over the top like I was expecting it to be and it added just a slight hint of green color to the eyelashes which was actually kind of cute. I don't think this is something I'd wear to work but rather something I'd wear out on the weekends with friends.
I think that Hard Candy Cosmetics would make perfect stocking stuffers this Christmas for any pre-teen or teenage girl on your list, and because their products are so inexpensive, you can afford to buy a lot more Hard Candy Cosmetics than if you were to purchase another cosmetic brand so head on over to Wal-Mart and pick up a few while you are there.

After trying these out, I really love the tint of the balm, which is not too over the top and just gives my lips a slight hint of color. I love wearing lip balms that add a little color to my lips while moisturizing. The lip balm made my lips feel very smooth and soft and kept them moisturized for a long while before it had to be reapplied. With the weather getting colder day by day, I'm glad I have a lip balm to help me fight chapped lips while also making my lips look and feel good. While I love the pink and peach tints, I can't wait to see what other shades Carmex will come out with next. I'd love to see a lip balm with a brown tint. The only thing I didn't like about this lip balm was just a very slight medicine-like smell, which isn't bad enough to make me now want to use it though.

I used InstantPeel yesterday morning on my face while in the shower. The hardest part was opening up the packet while in the shower with wet hands. I put the InstantPeel on my face and just as promised, almost immediately I could feel it working at removing the dead skin cells from my face. InstantPeel can be used anywhere on the body, however, I chose to use it on my face because my face gets very dry and my facial skin gets flaky in the winter. I simply gently rubbed it on my face with my fingers one area at a time and then wiped my face with warm soapy water afterwards and viola, my skin felt soft and new and most of all healthy. My skin is the smoothest it has felt in ages and today feels exactly like it did when I stepped out of the shower yesterday morning. There are also no signs of flaking or dry skin anywhere to be seen on my face. I have extremely sensitive skin as well and using the InstantPeel did not cause me any problems whatsoever, no itching, burning, redness, etc. I was really amazed at this fantastic product and would love to continue to use it here on out and maybe even try some of the other products Earthen has to offer.
InstantPeel retails for $50 a box, which includes six packets. This seems a little too expensive but I have a feeling that one packet will keep my skin soft, smooth, and healthy for a very long time before having to be reapplied and if so it would be very much worth the price.
