Loved this Dove antiperspirant. It worked very well at keeping me dry. Did not feel like I needed to reapply even after working out. I did just incase I didn’t smell as fresh and cool as I felt ( you just never know). The best part of Dove antiperspirant that I loved was shaving my underarms. The antiperspirant stick made my underarms moisturized enough to shave with out getting razor burn! The sent is soft and subtle and not over powering. I just loved this product! -

They’re lots of different stainless steel water bottles on the market. So for the price of $38-$50 Corkcicle is at the high end. The benifits that they have are a wide mouth for ice, they actually fit in almost all cup holders with their tapered bottom and they can keep your drink cold for 24hrs and hot for 12hrs. Not that I have tried anything hot in my canteen to test this. Normally I use my Corkcicle Tumbler for hot drinks. I have put ice and water left it out in the sun and the ice has hardly melted. I love all the colour choices too including the very sparkly Pixie Dust and Unicorn Magic. The coating is pretty durable, I never had an issue except when I walked home from the beach and the sand scratched my finish on my Pixi Dust Canteen. This made me sad. I know their customer service is amazing and sent me a replacement when the “Corkcicle”name on my tumbler wore off after one day. Where most of their products have their name etched in the finished. A few of the newer styles are printed. My new one has held up with no issues. -

I bought my first yoga mat and it was a Manduka recommended by my Yoga instructor. I went with a Manduka Pro Lite. I practiced once or twice a week. Once my practiced came further along the Pro Lite was too light and would bunch with my jump threws. I upgraded to the Manduka Pro. A heavy and longer version on the light. This mat came with a lifetime guarantee. So I know for the price tag of $130 it was going to last me and probably never need replacing. I found the mat very slippery the first few times using it. I made sure to do the reccomended “seasoning” and after using it for 30days straight it was the perfect tackiness. Now I know no matter how far my practice takes me I will be good with this mat. -

I stumbled a pone Fusion Mineral paint after signing up for a local DYI class. In three years I have started my own furniture refinishing business and us primarily Fusion. Why is Fusion better....let’s start with its affordable. Compared to other “chalk, mineral and milk paints” you get 500ml containers for about $25. Other paints run around $30-$40. No top coat needed. So you save money right there. Fusion has a built in top coat and is self leveling so you don’t have to be super finicky with it. It has a amazing coverage and a little goes a long way. I also love the consistency. It’s a bit thicker then other hobby paint it very forgiving. Canadian made by Canadians. It also water base for easy cleanup. Non toxic and low to no VOCs. I have used other paints and sometimes I choose another brand for more colour selection. But over all Fusion it my first choice for all my projects big and small. On a side note Fusion is very durable and not always a good choice when wanting a very distressed or chippy look unless you do the proper prep. 30 days of cure time and this paint is tough as nails! -

I have been using the same Olay Ribbons body wash for years. I have ventured and tried other products but keep coming back to Okay Ribbons, I am a huge fan of lavender, but sometime venture off to try different scents and smells. I normally end up back at the Lavender. I find other body washes do not provide the intense moisture my body needs living in western Canada’s dry climate. I like to follow up my showers with Olay Ultra Moisturizer but know I can miss a day and my skin will fine. For under $6.00 for 532ml it lasts a very long time. It lathers very well using any loofa or wash cloth. I highly recommend this product! -

My work place doesn’t have use of a microwave, so I am always on the hunt for an lunch alternative that doesn’t need to be heated. I tried Summer Fresh Asian Noodle Salad 28oz. I pick a family size hoping to get a few meals out of it. For $8.99 it would defiantly be a great side dish to a meal. But I was dissapointed with the amount of oil in the dressing. It was very slick. It had an intense zing of vinegar as well. The picture was misleading because it showed large pieces of vegetables, but this salad only had tiny pieces that you couldn’t even tell what was what. There was an abundance of noodles so that was a plus. But the over powering of the dressing and lack of recognizable vegetables makes me not want to purchase it again. I don’t want to waste my salad but I am not looking forward to eating it again tomorrow. -
