My kids love surprise bags. I was sent this Hatchimals Alive pack and gave it to my 5 year old. I liked that the reveal of the surprise was more than just tearing into a bag. My daughter loved that it hatched from the egg and turned the water purple. I don’t know how much use she’ll get out of the toy, but she absolutely loved the process. -

Overall, I’m happy with this light. It was easy to install and it freed up space on my nightstand. Also, it looks great on the wall. The dimmer has a good range and I like that it swivels to add light where I need it.
The biggest negative for me is that the arm is pretty long, so it hangs out past the front of my nightstand. It could have been half the size for my needs.
Also, the base is only fixed to the wall by two screws, so it tends to lean from side to side slightly when it swivels.
All in all, the positives outweigh the negatives with this one, though.
