I’ve been using the Bioteem strawberry flavoured probiotic powder and it actually tastes like fresh strawberries, not overly sweet or artificial.
It’s super easy to use, I just mix with water, there are no pills, no hassle.
I’ve noticed less bloating and my digestion feels more balanced, especially on off days with food.
It’s simple, tasty, and easy to stick to, which honestly makes all the the difference in making sure I use it!

This has honestly been a godsend during my hand surgery recovery. I’ve been dealing with really tight neck and shoulders, and this rub has helped so much with easing that tension. It claims to be scent-free, but there is a most definitely a minty smell, like you’d expect from most pain relief products, and I actually really like it. It doesn’t bother me at all.
It absorbs quickly, isn’t greasy, and doesn’t leave that heavy residue behind. From my experience, it’s been great for relieving tight neck and shoulder muscles and has become a staple in my recovery routine.

The different brush sizes were perfect for switching between the tub, shower walls, and tighter areas around fixtures. It cut my cleaning time way down and made deep cleaning feel way less exhausting.
