Just add water mix and breakfast is ready with protein fibre and it’s versatile our family really enjoyed! We liked the original because it allowed each person to choose their mown adventure lost wanted berries some negotiates chocolate chips or maple syrup but everyone was happy and stayed full until next meal which is the biggest feat. Honestly our only real complaint is that it just comes with 5 packets in a box so our family would go thru that.

I do wish the dropper was a little more user friendly but overall the formula is so gentle it wasn’t as difficult to administer as I expected my kids even asked for a drop on their own. -
