I love this oil! Despite the high cooking temperature point, I like to use olive oil for my normal cooking. But now that Becel has come out with one that includes both canola oil and sunflower oil, this is truly the most versatile oil ever.
Not only is it heart healthy , but you can't even taste the difference. For the extra health benefits, I am now a fan for life.

I was fortunate enough to receive this for free as part of the product review club. I've been a vegetarian for the past two years and have been slowly transitioning to vegan. With this transition, it's very difficult to find healthy alternatives to the much loved dairy and egg (like butter) . So you can imagine how excited I was when I saw that Becel came out with a vegan margarine! Not dairy, check. Vegan, double check!
I tested it out with the two most basic recipes, one cooked and one not. The first was simply spreading it on toast. I found that it spread really easily and the taste was very nice and light, not too salty like I find other margarines to be. And despite the negative connotation that veganism has, you really couldn't tell the difference in taste between this and regular margarine.
The 'cooked' recipe was with my favorite, chocolate chips cookies. Using the same measurements as butter, I found that the cookies turned out a little greasier but still oooooozed the same softy chewy texture that I love. For half the calories and no dairy , I will take this anyway.
I am definitely a fan and will be a loyal purchaser going Forward. Kudos to Becel for recognizing the new healthy movement and being one of the first, if not, the first major company to come out with this great dairy alternative. Thank you and to Chick Advisor for the sample!

There is a reason why this item has been around for ages and have gone through so many repackaging renewals: because it's an absolute classic. So many companies have tried to emulate this product but you really can't mess with the original.
I find that with my sensitive skin, the exfoliants are a bit harsher than when I used it when I was younger but it's absolutely fantastic as a body scrub, especially for my back. I love the smell and the smooth feeling you get afterwards.
St.Ives has definitely got a winning formula!

Of all the Betty Crocker cake mixes, the Cherry Chip one is by far the best and unique almost it's competitor brands. It's got the perfect mix of sweet and tart flavor and combined with the moistness, it's pure heaven delight.
I personally make cookies out of this box (add in some chocolate chips) and the taste combined with chocolate is absolutely incredible!

For a fraction of the price of LuluLemon pants, these are definitely worth the buck. They fit true to size and the material is very comparable to that of Lulu's. I don't know if the rumor is true but I heard awhile back that it's the same company that makes/manufactures the Lululemon pants. If that's the case, then the ~$20 price tag is even more enticing.
I have a few pairs of these and find them perfect for lounging around or walking my dogs!

There's definitely a reason why dentists recommend it...because it works. I've been developing sensitive teeth over the years and one day, the sensitivity was just unbearable. I tried other brands to no avail until my dentist gave me a sample of Sensodyne and then my life changed forever :).
It is more expensive than other brands but you really do get what you pay for with this product. Even this Repair & Protect makes my teeth feel better than the basic/classic Sensodyne!

The quality is quite good for the price. You can often find sales there, many power lunches at 40% off the entire store. In fact, I find that my sports wardrobe is quickly being filled up with this brand.
I've been following Hyba since they first came out about 2 years ago and I find that they have really upped their game lately with the quality and design of their clothing. The designs are often fun, especially in their track leggings....encourages me to go run even more to show them off!
Hope they keep up the fun and eye catching designs! I'm really looking forward to seeing their full summer line soon!

As someone who wears foundation every day to work, it is important to find the right balance between the comfort, coverage AND price point level. I feel that The Body Shop has won with their line of Fresh Nude Foundation.
I first tried it out because the store had a promotion for 50% off and I don't regret it at all.
The foundation doesn't settle like some others do and I find that it applies on very easily and smooth. The coverage is just right and doesn't feel too "heavy" or "cakey". It leaves with a nice dewy look. For the price point that this sells at ($25 Cdn before any discounts), it's a steal!

Ever since "The Girl on the Train", many of these female-oriented "copy-cat" thrillers have been released. While many of these truly disappoint, "The Girl Before" stands out from the rest. The story grabs you right from the first two pages and the story line is enough to make you question yourself. (A girl signs up to live in a state-of-the-art abode owned by a renowned architect and on very strict conditions that she must live by. Throughout her living experience, she finds her experiences to be oddly similar to the previous tenant of the home, 'the girl before').
I was so absorbed by the book and in so much anticipation in finding out how the story ends, which by the way, does not disappoint, that I finished it in one night.
Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good, easy, fast paced read!
