I am satisfied with the efficacy of these products, although I did encounter some inconsistencies. The first pack provided significant relief from hot flashes, which had previously been a major disruptor of my sleep. However, after about six weeks. the effectiveness appeared to diminish, potentially due to interactions with other medications. Despite attempting to modify my routine to accurately assess the product, I observed no further improvement after completing the second pack. While I would recommend these products, I want to highlight the importance of monitoring individual results, given the variability I experienced.    -
