I've been going to this salon for several years and love their staff - except for their receptionists. Over the years, I feel like they are getting worse and worse, not friendly at all when you're trying to schedule an appointment with you...   +

I've been going to this salon for several years and love their staff - except for their receptionists.
Over the years, I feel like they are getting worse and worse, not friendly at all when you're trying to schedule an appointment with you favourite hair dresser - they are not even helpful and try to find a solution or call you back with an appointment that works for you.

If only I could book my appointment with the colorist directly and not deal with these receptionists :)
